Our business started as a cottage industry in the 1970s. Koh’s Traditional Curry Powder, Nyonya curry powder which was sold in bottles to neighbours who brought it overseas when they migrated / have their children study abroad. From there，we can see the potential market for our products in overseas

在1970年代我们的业务是以家庭生意开始的。 “许氏”的传统咖喱粉，娘惹咖喱粉，是以瓶装出售给附近邻居们。当他们移民或带孩子出国留学的时候，我们的产品被他们带到海外。从那里我们可以看到这个产品在海外的潜在市场。

To control the quality of its products, Global Traditions Spice Manufacturers was established in 2004, solely to manufacturer and distribute its products to the market at large. 

为了保持产品的质量，在2004年我们成立了Global Traditions Spice Manufacturers (当时并没有中文名称），仅供制造和分销自制产品进入市场。  

In 2013, the owners recognized the need to diversify along the F&B value chain. Given that the group as a whole is mainly dealing in spices, the owners decided that it would best handle snacks with the main ingredients being spices. Hence, the owners leveraged with a factory in Ipoh to manufacture a Malaysian traditional snack, under the brand name Kacang Macha. 

2013年，我们意识到产品多样化的需要。当时，我们通过与本土一家出产商合作,开启了新的品牌“Kacang Macha”以制造东方小食。小食的香料，都是用我们自家的产品做为原料。
